About The Position

Cura Health is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our evening shift team, working from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. In this role, you will provide essential support to nursing staff and deliver high-quality direct patient care that promotes comfort, safety, and dignity. As an Evening CNA at Cura Health, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor their condition, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery throughout the shift. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients within a supportive and collaborative environment. Some travel may be required to different locations within the Cura Health network.

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
Ability to work the designated evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Physical ability to perform patient care duties including lifting and moving patients.
Reliable transportation for travel to various Cura Health sites if needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required; willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other activities of daily living.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
Ensure patient rooms and environment are safe, clean, and comfortable.
Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and documentation as needed.
Provide emotional support and respond to patient needs promptly.
Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
