About The Position
Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join their award-winning team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care unit, Harmony Park. This role provides compassionate, patient-centered care and assists residents with activities of daily living. CNAs deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure each resident’s dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life. Lorien Harmony Hall is a family-owned assisted living community with a long-standing tradition of compassionate care, located in Columbia, Maryland. They continuously embrace advancements in medicine and technology to enhance both care and quality of life for their residents. Harmony Park is a dedicated Memory Care unit designed to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Requirements
- Active Maryland CNA license
- Part-Time, PRN Hours Available
- Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure each resident’s dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
