Position Overview We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full-time care team. In this role, you will provide essential hands-on support to residents while collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Active California CNA certification (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced care environment
- Must pass background check and health screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care that promotes independence and dignity
- Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and other observations
- Support meal service and ensure proper hydration
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces
- Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the care team on both clinical and non-clinical tasks
