Requirements
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing quality resident care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence
- Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
- Document care accurately in accordance with facility policies
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding care
