About The Position
Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our PM shift team. This is a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality resident care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility
- Promote resident independence, dignity, comfort, and safety
- Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Document resident care accurately and according to facility standards
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality resident care
