About The Position
Wilshire of Lakewood Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care at its skilled nursing community in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The role involves providing personalized daily care, supporting residents' activities of daily living, and helping create a safe, clean, and socially engaging environment. New graduates are welcome. The posting lists pay as $18–$20 per hour in its opening details and $18–$19.50 in the pay section.
Requirements
- Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another.
- Help create a safe environment for residents.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
- Pass out meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
- Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean and tidy.
- Perform other tasks involved in residents' daily care.
