About The Position
Right at Home is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, personalized one-on-one care in clients’ homes. The role supports seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life, with an emphasis on building relationships and providing attentive care based on each client’s needs. The position is part-time in Chattanooga and the surrounding area, with all shifts and hours available. Pay is $16 per hour, with weekly pay or a daily pay option through TapCheck.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Pass a background check.
- Have a current, active Tennessee CNA certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Support mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Provide safe, attentive care based on each client’s individual needs.
