CNA - Weekend Premium Rate Program
About The Position
Riddle Village, a continuing-care retirement community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join its nursing team. The CNA’s primary purpose is to provide direct physical, emotional, and social care to residents in the healthcare building and help ensure they are happy, safe, and well cared for. CNAs are an important part of the team. The role may suit friendly, sociable candidates who enjoy working with older adults, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a part-time position working every weekend, with 12-hour shifts. Available shifts are 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. The posting advertises starting rates of $21.64–$22.61 per hour and a 25% increase to the regular rate for all weekend shifts worked.
Requirements
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Pennsylvania.
- Be friendly and sociable, enjoy working with older adults, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills.
