About The Position

Ansley Park Health & Rehab is hiring a part-time evening Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. The role offers a starting pay range of $18.71 to $21 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia, or eligibility for certification.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
