About The Position
Join Eagle Health & Rehab, a non-profit, mission-driven organization focused on providing a high level of care in its communities. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. This is a part-time evening position. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Pay is weekly.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
