About The Position

South Creek Post Acute is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Evening shifts. Requirements

  • Active CNA certification (State of Washington)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect
  • Support resident mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team
  • Accurately take and record vital signs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and team members

Benefits

  • Evening shift differential: +$1 per hour
  • NOC shift differential: +$2 per hour
