About The Position
Napa Valley Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing skilled nursing team in Napa, California. Requirements
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Assist with meal service and hydration needs
- Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies
- Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
