About The Position
Immaculate Homecare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The organization emphasizes communication, collaboration, teamwork, and trust within the community. CNAs provide personal care and daily living assistance, companionship, household support, and transportation assistance while observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions and documenting care at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification.
- Previous caregiving or home care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications.
- Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities.
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization.
- Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed.
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager.
- Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift.
