About The Position

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The CNA will build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, working alongside nurses and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, non-profit, mission-driven organization.

This is a full-time evening position. The starting pay is $18.71 to $21 per hour, with weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

• Prior long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
