About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the CNA delivers direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed. The role supports quality patient care and helps make a difference in the lives of patients and their family members. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from a State-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered or licensed in the applicable State, with an active license in good standing maintained throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
- Ability to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others.
Nice To Haves
- One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
