Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
Fellowship Community is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to residents in its senior living community. The role supports residents with daily activities and promotes independence while working as part of a passionate team in a high-performance, customer-focused environment grounded in the RISE Core Values: Relationships, Innovation, Stewardship, and Excellence. Positions are located in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, with 8-hour and 12-hour shift options and weekend program positions available. The listed pay is $19–$21 per hour, with shift-specific rates and differentials provided in the posting. Applicants must have a U.S. high school diploma or GED and current Pennsylvania CNA certification. Prior CNA experience and Basic Life Support certification are preferred. Fellowship Orientation and a pre-hire assessment must be completed. Applicants receiving an offer must successfully pass a background check and drug screening; the drug screening is conducted at Fellowship Community at the time of the offer.
Requirements
- U.S. high school diploma or GED.
- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification.
- Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and a pre-hire assessment.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening if a job offer is extended.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals.
