About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Meng Residence At Unity Hospice, we are dedicated to honoring life by bringing peace of mind and comfort when it matters most. Meng Residence is our dedicated 12-bed inpatient hospice facility in De Pere, where we provide around-the-clock care in a peaceful, home-like setting for patients and families. Schedule: Full-time, working 36 hours a week, 3 days per week – 12-hour shifts, 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., every other weekend, and 1-2 holidays per year. About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support patients with daily care needs and help ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Your care will be guided by individualized plans developed by the RN, based on each patient’s unique needs and preferences.

Requirements

Completion of certified nursing assistant program
Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry and be eligible to work at state and federally certified facilities
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle

Unity also supports nurses’ professional growth by covering board certification and recertification costs in hospice and palliative care - CHPN for RNs, CHPLN for LPNs, and CNAs for CHPNA (after 3 years of employment).
