Requirements

• Current State CNA Certification (Required).
• HS Diploma or GED.

• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families

• 1 year of experience preferred
• experience with medically complex patients is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Monitor health conditions and be the "eyes and ears" for the medical team.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, personal hygiene support, and medication assistance.
• Assist with resident activities, community outings, and meal prep to ensure a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve.
