About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a Long-Term Care assignment. The CNA will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Requirements
- Active CNA Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Measure and record vital signs and patient observations
- Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Assist nursing staff with patient care and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Provide compassionate care in an LTC setting
