About The Position
LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide person-centered personal care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The community offers assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term skilled care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with AM, PM, and NOC shifts and a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on community needs. The position may include 8-hour shifts and a weekend rotation. Pay is $20.12–$22.50 per hour, dependent upon experience. Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company serving older adults and families throughout the Midwest. Its communities offer a range of senior housing, care, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, and management services.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, according to the care plan.
- Monitor residents’ condition, respond promptly to their needs, report changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately document care each shift.
- Promote dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection-prevention, universal-precautions, body-mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
- Participate in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.
