Certified Nursing Assistant - Night Shift
About The Position
Heritage Inn of Barnesville is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a night-shift role. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive, non-profit, mission-driven care environment. The role includes working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide care and maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and colleagues. Pay is $18.71 to $21.00 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia, or eligibility for certification.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
