About The Position

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered care and support residents in all aspects of daily living. The role focuses on meeting residents’ needs while respecting their strengths, preferences, and routines, and helping them experience comfort, companionship, and belonging. Brooksby Village is a continuing care retirement community in Peabody, Massachusetts, managed by Erickson Senior Living.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification for the state in which the employee is working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing comfort, companionship, and a sense of belonging.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed in a timely manner.
