About The Position
Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Easley, SC. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support residents with their daily needs while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, professional, and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Compassionate caregiver with a heart for seniors

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobility needs
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Take and document vital signs
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Maintain accurate resident documentation
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team
