About The Position

Performs activities of daily living in accordance with residents' plan of care. Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and accurately records, as instructed. Any variances are reported to Charge Nurse. Observes and reports residents' complaints, changes in mood/physical appearance while providing care and/or responding to resident call lights. Performs residents'' individualized restorative nursing program, as ordered Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to/from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.

Requirements

• Active CNA License in Maryland
• Active and current CPR Certification
• HS Diploma/equivalent
• At least 6 months equivalent combination of experience/training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, required for the position.
