About The Position
ComForCare Home Care is hiring caregivers to assist clients in their homes and support their independence. The role offers part-time availability across weekdays and weekends, with early morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight schedules. Placements are available in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll County, and surrounding areas. Caregivers receive support from ComForCare nursing and office staff.
Requirements
- CNA, GNA, or HHA qualification.
- A compassionate heart and a passion for helping others.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for transportation.
- High school diploma or GED and higher education.
- At least two years of experience as a caregiver.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities to support independence.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support mobility, transfers, and exercises.
- Provide companionship.
- Run errands.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping and household tasks.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by staff to support each client according to the client’s care plan.
