Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a client in Cold Water, Kansas, for an 8-week contract assignment. The position is scheduled for evenings, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with a 40-hour weekly guarantee. The pay rate is $25.00–$30.00 per hour. The Certified Nursing Assistant will administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols, monitor residents and report changes, maintain patient documentation, provide compassionate care, and supervise and support CNAs on assigned units. Applicants should have an active CO license, BLS, an updated resume, and a strong work history.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to physician orders.
- Perform medication passes in accordance with established clinical standards and facility protocols.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation.
- Provide compassionate nursing care while following facility policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units to ensure quality patient care.
