About The Position
Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and support to residents in a warm, resident-focused environment. The role is identified as a full-time night position and is based in Advance, Missouri. CNAs assist residents with everyday activities, monitor and report changes in vital signs, and work with the care team to support individualized care plans. The position pays $17–$20 per hour.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Missouri.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up to date on CNA care practices.
