About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate home care. This position offers the flexibility of a live-in role and the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives. Requirements

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant, license must be in good standing and current, not lapsed.
Driver's license.
Reliable, insured vehicle (must have a vehicle).
Ability to speak the English language very clearly and comprehend the English language.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home live-in setting.
Pass a background check.
Provide 3 references pertaining to the job applying for.
Physically fit, able to be on feet 10-13 hours per day.
Reside in a state that they are able to bring their vehicle to the case.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
Foster an atmosphere that assists clients with a feeling of purpose, dignity, and joy.
Engage in meaningful conversations and foster emotional connections with clients.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals that follow the care plan and client requests.
Ensure medication management and reminders when required.
Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands in your own reliable vehicle.
Build trust with clients and their families.
Demonstrate empathy and integrity in every interaction.
