About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts. This is a permanent 7-day live-in role where the aide resides at the client's home. The position offers competitive pay starting at $109,200.00 annually and provides a rewarding opportunity to deliver compassionate home care. Employees are eligible to submit a time off request after completing 4 months, with up to two weeks of time off available. Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and personalized home care to clients.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Ensure each client feels comfortable and dignified.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
Foster an atmosphere that assists clients with a feeling of purpose and dignity.
Engage in meaningful conversations, fostering emotional connections with clients.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Prepare nutritious home-cooked meals that follow the care-plan and client requests.
Ensure medication management when required.
Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands in your own reliable vehicle.
Build trust with clients and their families.
Demonstrate empathy and integrity in every interaction.
