Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and personalized home care to clients.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
Foster an atmosphere that assists clients with a feeling of purpose and dignity.
Engage in meaningful conversations to enhance clients' overall well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Prepare nutritious home-cooked meals following the care plan and client requests.
Ensure medication management when required.
Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands using your own reliable vehicle.
