Requirements
- Must possess clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and relate positively to our Residents and their families
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be energetic, positive, professional, and reliable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable)
- Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state
- At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in a SNF or ALF
Responsibilities
- Provides patient care
- Administers medications
- Monitors vital signs under the supervision of nurses
- Ensuring Residents' wellness, comfort, and safety while they are residing in our facility
