CNA- SCU (Full-Time, Days)
About The Position
Enloe Health is a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California, with a mission to elevate the health of the communities it serves. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides patient care and may perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual. The CNA transports non-controlled medications to and from the pharmacy and supports the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed. The CNA collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.
Requirements
- Current certification with the California Department of Health Services Licensing & Certification Board.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrate technical competence, communication skills, and sensitivity for hospitalized patients and their families.
- Be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

- Previous experience in a nursing unit or hospital environment.
Responsibilities
