Requirements
- Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Passion for serving older adults with compassion and respect
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care to residents, supporting daily living activities
- Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs
- Safely operate mechanical lifts and assist with mobility needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate care and communication
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and service
