About The Position

The current opening is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Med Surg unit. The CNA is responsible for effective interaction with patients, significant others, and other health team members, while upholding professional nursing standards. This role requires knowledge and skills to provide care based on physical, psycho/social, education, safety, and related criteria for newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Requirements

High School graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of the nursing process and nursing principles

Nice To Haves

1 year previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred
