About The Position
Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes in the Davis/Weber, Utah area. The role supports patients’ daily needs, comfort, safety, and independence while contributing to their recovery and quality of life. Care is documented according to each patient’s plan of care. The position is described as part-time and PRN, with flexible scheduling. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills, plus $0.56 per mile in mileage reimbursement. The role works with patients, families, and the home health team.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Recent clinical experience or CNA training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to meet employment screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care, hygiene, and oral care services.
- Assist with dressing, grooming, and bathing needs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Document care provided according to the patient's plan of care.
