About The Position

Four County Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care in a supportive, mission-driven environment. The position is scheduled for evening, night, and weekend hours from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Starting pay is $17.63–$18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
