About The Position
Four County Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The CNA builds meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect. This full-time role is scheduled for evening, night, and weekend hours from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
