Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• A valid CNA certification.
• The ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• A dedication to delivering patient-centered care.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Seeing 3-4 patients per shift (In PG County).
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitoring and documenting patients’ health conditions and reporting changes to the medical team.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Safely lifting and transferring patients (must be able to lift at least 50 lbs).
• Traveling to patients’ homes to deliver personalized care services.
