About The Position

Riverside Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a supportive, mission-driven, non-profit organization. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works alongside nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. The position offers pay of $18.71 to $21.00 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia, or eligibility for certification.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
