Certified Nursing Assistant 5 North Full time PM shifts
About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care in a medical center setting. The position requires current California Department of Public Health (CDPH) certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, a current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with medical center staff, patients, families, visitors, and physicians in routine and stressful situations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; two years of experience in an acute or skilled care facility is preferred. The position is full time on the evening shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant through the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with medical center staff, patients, family, visitors, and physicians in routine and stressful situations.
