About The Position
Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join their Medical Center team. Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate a “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care,” developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assisting residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care. This care ranges from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities. CNAs also help create a safe environment for resident care. The community offers new, lower staff-to-resident ratios, allowing CNAs a manageable workload to focus on high-quality care. Rydal Park is also looking for on call/per diem CNAs.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
Nice To Haves
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
