About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our 3rd shift (overnight) team. If you’re dedicated to providing high-quality resident care in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you! This role is within a CCRC that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Services and Rehab Center. Requirements
- Active CNA certification in North Carolina
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR certification
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide mobility support and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Work closely with nursing staff to deliver quality care
