Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Eastview Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join its resident-focused care team in Antigo, Wisconsin. CNAs provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff, supporting the well-being of residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The position is offered full time and part time. Sign-on bonuses vary by shift and employment status: $5,000 for full-time AM shift, $7,500 for full-time PM shift, and $10,000 for full-time NOC shift; part-time employees are eligible for half of the applicable bonus. PM and NOC shifts receive a shift differential. Early wage access is available through TapCheck. Pay is based on years of experience, and benefits may vary based on employee status.
Requirements
- Hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin and be in good standing.
- Have great customer service skills.
- Have a passion for working with the aging population.
- Have great communication skills.
- Be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Change linens.
- Transfer and transport patients.
- Feed and groom patients.
