About The Position

Freedom Home Care is seeking dependable, caring CNAs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. This role offers competitive pay, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Current Minnesota CNA certification or previous CNA certification with related caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and up-to-date auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Ability to complete all required onboarding requirements
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety needs
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Complete accurate care documentation
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow each client's individualized care plan
