About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The CNA delivers direct care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed. This role is an important member of the interdisciplinary team and contributes to quality patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered or licensed in the applicable State and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.

Nice To Haves

• One year of geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
