About The Position

Concordia at Cabot is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. They offer an agency-free environment where experience is valued and coworkers support each other. A summer sign-on bonus of $2,500 for full-time CNAs and $1,250 for part-time CNAs is available for a limited time. They are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions for the Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) and Midnight Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). Positions include an every-other-weekend rotation. Concordia Lutheran Ministries has been committed to providing high-quality care for over 140 years.

Requirements

• Completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
