About The Position

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care in a supportive, mission-driven organization. This is a full-time position with a starting pay range of $18.71 to $21 per hour. Shift differentials are offered for evenings, nights, and weekends, and associates are paid weekly.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia, or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
