About The Position

Betz Nursing Home is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time day-shift opportunities. Requirements

Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ dignity, respect, and individualized attention.
Work with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated and comprehensive care.
