About The Position
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract position in Utica, NY. This role is in a Long Term Care facility within a 75-mile radius. The shift is from 7 am to 3 pm, and every other weekend is required. The CNA must be willing to float to all units within the same building. The unit has 40 beds and serves patient populations including MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care. Experience with PointClick Care EMR is required.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a CNA.
- BLS certification.
- Valid NY license.
- Experience with PointClick Care EMR.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
- Float to all units within the same building as needed.
- Administer care to patients with MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care needs.
- Utilize PointClick Care EMR for documentation.
