About The Position
Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents with all aspects of daily living and provide person-centered care. CNAs help address residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while respecting their strengths, preferences, and routines. The role also includes assisting with resident activities and programs and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed promptly. Ashby Ponds is a 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia, managed by Erickson Senior Living. Requirements
- Current CNA certification for the state in which the employee is working.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of CNA/GNA experience.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
- Assist with resident activities and programs.
- Work with the clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed in a timely manner.
